Senior Manager, AI Development

Job Summary

Leading the development of a secure execution platform for enterprise AI agents, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Development will manage engineering teams focused on runtime, security, and platform interfaces while ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business priorities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of Agent Runtime from architecture definition to production scale
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization through hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Define execution strategy and establish measurable SLOs and engineering metrics for operational excellence

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading software development engineering teams, including 2+ years managing development managers
• 10+ years of experience in software development engineering with a focus on high-quality software delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Proven success in leading large-scale distributed systems or platform runtime teams in production environments
• Strong technical depth in backend/platform architecture and experience with secure, multi-tenant systems
