Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the enterprise AI enablement strategy to enhance employee productivity and innovation
• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs for various levels of leaders within the organization
• Transform the Learning & Development function through an AI-first approach, creating personalized and impactful learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
• 3+ years of experience in designing and facilitating leadership development programs
• Demonstrated experience with AI enablement and technology adoption initiatives
• Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation environments
