Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Track record of delivering scalable software solutions using Python
• Experience solving data scaling challenges and incorporating multiple data sources
• Strong organizational and people leadership skills
