Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering team, the full-time Senior Manager AI Engineering will deliver scalable AI-augmented solutions, manage team performance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive technical excellence and operational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving sprint and quarterly commitments with a focus on quality and reliability
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design on roadmap planning and delivery decisions
• Establish strong engineering practices and foster a high-performing culture through continuous learning and proactive management of technical debt

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including hiring and talent development
• 6+ years of professional engineering experience with a focus on software delivery and engineering operations
• Proven ability to build and retain high-performing engineering talent in dynamic environments
• Experience with AI-augmented quality oversight using metrics and dashboards
• Strong understanding of AI-aware estimation and delivery planning
