Senior Manager, AI Engineering

Job Summary

Assuming end-to-end ownership of AI engineering projects, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Engineering will manage project lifecycles from requirements definition to production deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI engineering projects, overseeing architecture, development, and deployment
• Design and implement GCP infrastructure, ensuring security and observability
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and develop comprehensive project documentation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and technical program management
• Fluency in using LLM-based AI tools as part of professional workflow
• Proven experience architecting GCP infrastructure independently
• Strong ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders and translate needs into technical plans
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
