Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of software engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Engineering will focus on building AI-native and cloud-native applications while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a diverse team of engineers, setting clear performance expectations and providing career development support
• Define hiring strategies, conduct recruitment, and ensure effective onboarding of new engineers
• Drive team delivery of business objectives, establish sprint goals, and maintain accountability for results

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in AI-native systems or cloud-native architecture
• 4+ years of people management experience leading software engineers and developing high-performing teams
• 3+ years managing application development on SaaS platforms with a deep understanding of platform architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, LLM integration, and responsible AI practices
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
