Senior Manager, AI Governance

Job Summary

To lead enterprise technical governance initiatives focused on AI, the full-time remote Senior Manager, AI Enablement Program Manager will design, oversee, and continuously improve governance frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in security, data science, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models
• Govern AI systems across their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with security and risk frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement of governance practices to address emerging AI and security risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or equivalent experience
• Extensive program governance, risk management, security, privacy, or technology governance experience
• Hands-on participation in governance, risk, compliance, security, or AI oversight activities
• Formal training or demonstrated mastery in governance, risk management, cyber, and AI frameworks
• Knowledge of enterprise governance, risk management, and compliance principles
