Senior Manager, AI Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the engineering team in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Manager, AI Infrastructure will manage the deployment, operation, and optimization of AI compute clusters while executing the technical roadmap and ensuring high-performance operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team in implementing, scaling, and operating AI compute clusters
• Translate engineering roadmaps into detailed project plans and execution milestones
• Ensure cluster reliability and performance through monitoring, automation, and continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields
• Strong understanding of AI compute infrastructure and high-performance networking
• Experience with production bare metal, GPU, or hardware fleet operations
• Hands-on expertise with Linux systems, Kubernetes or Slurm, and provisioning tools
• Proven track record in cluster operations and leading engineering teams
