Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of a global knowledge ecosystem, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Knowledge Management will transform legacy documentation into an AI-optimized environment, ensuring accurate and trustworthy answers for customers while collaborating across teams in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the strategy for BILL's knowledge ecosystem across customer-facing and internal AI experiences
  • Architect AI-ready content structures and govern enterprise knowledge taxonomies to enhance content quality and compliance
  • Lead a high-performing team of knowledge specialists and content designers, fostering a values-driven culture
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in content strategy or customer experience operations, with 3+ years in enterprise Knowledge Management
  • Experience implementing generative AI concepts and deploying RAG architectures and LLM optimization
  • Proven success in designing and managing enterprise-level knowledge taxonomies and governance frameworks
  • Subject matter expertise in KCS principles with experience embedding knowledge capture into workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and effectively communicate at all levels
