Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions, the remote Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering will manage technical oversight, ensure production reliability, and drive the adoption of AI capabilities within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Provide technical oversight and architectural guidance across model development and cloud-native deployments
• Ensure AI solutions meet reliability, security, cost, and performance standards in production

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, or related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 1+ years in AI/ML engineering roles
• 1+ years managing AI/ML engineering teams in complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering production AI/ML systems at scale
