Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering

Job Summary

To support transformative healthcare solutions, the full-time Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering will gather business requirements, design solution flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into system architecture and solution specifications
• Design solution flows leveraging Amazon AI technologies and ensure alignment with functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with various teams to address integration challenges and support development efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and digital routing
• Solid understanding of GenAI concepts and conversational AI architectures
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway
