Senior Manager AI/ML Engineering

Job Summary

Leading technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager AI/ML Engineering will define and execute the technology roadmap, drive modernization efforts, and establish engineering standards while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead architecture decisions for cloud-native systems, APIs, and data platforms
• Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration and platform simplification

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in computer science or related quantitative field, or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and engineering teams
• Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Azure Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices, event-driven architectures, and databases
