Senior Manager, AI/ML Platform

Job Summary

Leading the development and management of a comprehensive suite of tools for AI/ML projects, the full-time Senior Manager, AI/ML Platform will optimize workflow efficiency and mentor a skilled engineering team while collaborating with internal researchers and teams in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the AI/ML platform to support large-scale model training and deployment
• Optimize the efficiency and resilience of the ML workflow stages, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and model monitoring
• Mentor and foster a collaborative culture within a highly skilled engineering team

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML infrastructure with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects
• 6+ years of experience leading technical teams in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management and high-performance computing
• Strong leadership skills with experience in multi-functional team management
