Senior Manager, AI Operations

Job Summary

Owning the production performance and continuous improvement of core agentic workflows, the full-time remote Senior Manager, AI Operations will ensure the health of major AI workflows while maintaining oversight of performance metrics and leading incident responses.

Key responsibilities

• Own the health of major voice and text AI workflows, ensuring business and operational outcomes are met post-launch
• Maintain a current view of all major workflows, including their status, maturity, and failure modes
• Lead responses for AI regressions and drive post-mortems to closure, ensuring effective diagnosis and corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Strong production experience with LLMs, voice AI, or equivalent ML systems
• Demonstrated experience designing evaluation systems and operating production-sampling workflows
• Clear mental model for distinguishing various failure modes in AI workflows
• Comfort with active experimentation, including prompt tuning and model migrations
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills in high-accountability environments
