Senior Manager, AI Platform

Job Summary

Leading the AI Platform Enablement function, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Platform will oversee the development of a secure internal AI platform, manage operational strategies, and drive adoption initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap, delivery, and operational strategy for the AI Platform Enablement function across multiple work-streams
• Define and execute a strategy for a governed internal AI platform environment in collaboration with the Enterprise AI team
• Drive enablement programs to facilitate the adoption of approved AI capabilities through structured training and resources

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading technical programs or enterprise technology functions with a focus on people leadership
• Strong understanding of AI platform enablement, developer productivity, and secure operating models
• Experience with cloud developer workspaces, API gateways, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proven track record in platform strategy, adoption, and change management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences across technical and non-technical domains
