Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams focused on reliability, observability, and system performance
• Define strategies and roadmaps to enhance reliability and operational readiness across systems
• Oversee engineering efforts to improve the reliability and performance of AI service architecture

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Observability Engineering, or related fields, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with observability systems, distributed systems reliability, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and system performance fundamentals
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive cross-organizational initiatives
