Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager AI Reliability Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Operations pillar within Qira SRE, focusing on incident management and operational readiness
• Own incident response and create a culture of blameless postmortems and continuous learning
• Implement AI change management lifecycle and ensure production changes meet reliability and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, DevOps, or large scale operations, including 3+ years in leadership roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with mission critical on-call operations for distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and change management
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and distributed system fundamentals
