Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of security engineers focused on offensive security and AI systems
• Establish and drive the strategic vision for AI offensive security research and Red Team operations
• Develop scalable offensive security automation and translate technical findings into strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in offensive security, security engineering, or related domains
• 3+ years of experience managing security teams or leading security programs
• Proven track record of building and scaling security capabilities in complex technology organizations
• Deep understanding of AI/ML security and threats to AI systems
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in offensive security domains
