Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for AI-driven shopping experiences on Sephora's digital platforms
• Drive continuous improvement of digital shopping features, including personalization and decision-support tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business opportunities into scalable product solutions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital product management, or related fields
• 1+ years of people management experience with a focus on talent development
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and digital consumer experiences
• Proven ability to create product strategies and business cases that yield measurable outcomes
• Experience working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
