Senior Manager, AI Software Engineering

Job Summary

Leading AI Engineering teams, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Software Engineering will manage the delivery of production-grade AI systems and customer-facing capabilities in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate AI strategy into scalable software outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow AI Engineering teams focused on delivering production AI capabilities and platform services
• Drive execution for strategic AI initiatives, including customer-facing features and internal platform capabilities
• Establish strong engineering management practices across planning, execution, quality, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers and senior engineers
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade software or AI products at scale
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems and modern software engineering practices
• Experience building or operating AI and ML systems, including deployment and lifecycle management
