Senior Manager, AI Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, AI Transformation & Organizational Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to analyze workflows and redesign job roles to effectively integrate AI tools
• Partner with HRBPs to assess and recommend new organizational models for efficiency and value creation
• Develop strategies for workforce reskilling and implement training programs to meet evolving skills needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, or workforce planning with a focus on technology-driven transformations
• Understanding of AI technologies and experience with AI implementation projects
• Proven experience in designing job redesign and organizational restructuring initiatives
• Experience in developing workforce reskilling and development programs
