Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, AIC Operations - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads operational and financial effectiveness of multiple AICs through performance KPIs
• Oversees patient registration and scheduling teams for multiple AICs
• Implements corporate initiatives to ensure cost-effective operations and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in health care services/operations
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues
• Experience in developing strategies to meet departmental goals within budget and timelines
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Previous home health care experience preferred
