Job Summary
Driving growth and engagement with airline partners, the full-time Senior Manager Airline Partnerships will manage a portfolio of accounts, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the travel booking experience while working in a hybrid model based in New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of airline accounts, addressing Card Member complaints and overseeing contract negotiations
- Drive partner engagement through relationship management and strategic opportunities to grow the Amex Travel airline business
- Collaborate with international teams to develop global account management strategies for key airlines
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of partner management experience, preferably in Airline Sales
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a growth mindset
- Outstanding collaboration skills across teams regardless of reporting lines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple initiatives
