Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Amazon Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Amazon 3P distribution strategy with a focus on operational excellence and compliance
• Lead and develop a high-performing distribution team, ensuring effective performance management
• Manage 3PL partnerships and oversee contract negotiations to ensure service-level excellence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain or Amazon distribution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• 3+ years of experience in Amazon 3P fulfillment, including Seller Central and FBA prep
• Proven track record in managing 3PL relationships and complex contract negotiations
• Deep knowledge of Amazon compliance standards and operational best practices
• Experience working with systems such as SAP and WMS platforms
