Senior Manager, Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing Revenue Operations team, the full-time Senior Manager, Analytics will design dashboards and reporting tools, develop data models for business performance metrics, and lead cross-functional projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design reliable, accurate dashboards and reporting tools to support Sales and operational teams
• Develop data models to define financial and business performance metrics from source data through user-friendly reporting layers
• Lead cross-functional projects to create tooling and datasets, enabling operational teams to self-serve basic data needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL experience with a strong ability to write complex queries
• 3+ years of data visualization experience with tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Experience in a Sales or GTM organization, familiar with sales models like rep productivity and quota modeling
• Hands-on experience with data model development and ETL processes, familiar with data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to senior management
