Senior Manager, Analytics AI

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI-powered analytics, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Analytics AI Enablement will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance insight generation, improve metric consistency, and drive the adoption of AI-assisted analysis and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the AI adoption roadmap within the analytics function, prioritizing opportunities and establishing success metrics
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to deliver high-quality analytics-ready datasets and govern the Cortex Intelligence semantic layer for consistent reporting
• Drive the delivery and adoption of AI analytics use cases, providing training and support to stakeholders to enhance decision-making capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, or a quantitative field
• 10+ years of experience in analytics/data/AI, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional analytics programs
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in building analytics products and using AI for insight generation
• Demonstrated ability in executive communication and stakeholder management, translating complex concepts into actionable plans
• Proven track record of enabling change and improving decision quality through training and governance initiatives
