Job Summary
Experienced analysts will find a full-time Senior Manager, Analytics Consultant opportunity focused on providing customer-facing analytics and reporting for MaineHealth, utilizing data to support account teams in strategic advisory roles, with the possibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide oversight of analytics work and correspondence, prioritizing tasks to align with field partners' needs
- Collaborate with field leaders to understand business objectives and support retention and growth through data insights
- Advise on trends and cost mitigation strategies, working directly with customers as needed
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of healthcare industry experience with a focus on analyzing customer experiences and outcomes
- Strong understanding of Medical Economics concepts and value-based care arrangements
- Demonstrated relationship management skills at senior levels in client-facing roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting/analytic applications; knowledge of SQL/SAS/GCP is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification
