Senior Manager, AP Technology

Job Summary

Leading the deployment and optimization of Asset Protection technology solutions, the full-time Senior Manager, AP Technology will manage a team and collaborate with various departments to enhance operational effectiveness and mitigate risks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of Asset Protection technology solutions across stores and supply chain operations
• Manage a team of AP Technology Managers to ensure successful technology program execution and deployment
• Evaluate and partner with vendors to align technology initiatives with strategic business objectives and enhance shortage reduction efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years of experience in Asset Protection, technology operations, or project management
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional technology initiatives
• Experience with enterprise technology deployments and managing vendor relationships
• Strong analytical and financial planning capabilities
