Job Summary

Leading a development team, the full-time Senior Manager Application Delivery will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Pharmacy product solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and quality in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage module labor transformation and oversee delivery commitments across multiple Pharmacy solutions
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and ensure effective communication between development and implementation teams
• Drive operational cost efficiency and perform monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis for module labor and non-labor costs

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of IT management experience
• Scrum certified in at least one role (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master)
• Demonstrated positive and energetic leadership style
• Ability to adapt effectively in fast-changing environments
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting at an executive level
