Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Application Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Application Support Operations team to ensure service excellence and operational stability
- Oversee incident, problem, work request, and change management processes to enhance system availability and performance
- Manage and develop a diverse team, ensuring appropriate cross-training and 24/7 on-call coverage
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of IT experience in a large-scale enterprise environment with hands-on application support
- Experience supporting Point-of-Sale (POS) and/or retail systems in high-volume hospitality environments
- Proven ability to manage incidents, service requests, and change control processes while meeting SLAs
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing teams and ensuring effective resource utilization
- Familiarity with software asset management and vendor proposal evaluations
