Senior Manager, Application Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Application Support (Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of application support engineers for critical insurance platforms
• Ensure high availability and performance of production systems through monitoring and incident management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 4 years in an application support leadership role
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of production support operations and ITIL frameworks
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives
