Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3-6+ years of industry experience, including 2-5 years managing technical teams
• Proven experience managing teams of 4-7 software engineers, SDETs, and TPMs
• Hands-on experience in C#/.NET, Java/Kotlin, TypeScript, and/or Python
• Deep familiarity with cloud services and experience integrating APIs with external SaaS platforms
