Job Summary

Leading a team of consultants, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Asset Management will manage project execution and client engagements, focusing on implementing solutions for asset and wealth managers while ensuring high-quality delivery and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project execution, including planning, facilitating client interactions, and ensuring quality standards are met
• Lead end-to-end implementation engagements, encompassing current-state assessments, requirements gathering, and training documentation
• Oversee project governance, maintaining proactive communication with clients and ensuring smooth handover of workflows post-engagement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or industry experience in Asset and Wealth Management
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise investment platform implementations and full implementation lifecycle knowledge
• Hands-on experience with leading investment management platforms such as SimCorp One or BlackRock Aladdin
• Strong understanding of front and middle office workflows across the investment lifecycle
• Proven experience in managing large-scale business and technology transformation programs
