Senior Manager B2B CRM
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager B2B CRM Web Portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap and coordinate project delivery
- Support design and delivery processes for a secure, high availability enterprise system, including CI/CD and automated testing
- Lead a global team of developers and QA engineers while promoting best practices in DevOps and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 10+ years of experience in a software development capacity
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- Experience managing projects from RFP to SOW to production
- Experience with back-end or front-end web development, including Salesforce technologies and DevOps practices
