Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, B2B Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivates trust and builds relationships with customers by identifying, documenting, and measuring pain points and desired business outcomes
  • Creates Customer Success plans and leads periodic business reviews and check-ins with customers to ensure business success and drive more value
  • Advocates for customers to influence organizational objectives, product roadmaps, and improve the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
  • At least 4 years of experience with cloud services, data clouds, or data manipulation languages
  • Master's degree in business, business management, or related field preferred
