Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager-BackOffice Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and deliver new capabilities, system enhancements, and projects for back-office solutions in Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance
- Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders and IT stakeholders to define solution objectives and manage project implementations
- Own the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle for back-office systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and governance processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or IT-related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in enterprise technology roles, with at least 7 years in Finance and HR
- At least 4 years of experience managing technical resources, including FTEs and consulting resources
- Strong understanding of enterprise finance and HR processes supported by SaaS platforms
- Demonstrated experience with Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM modules preferred
