Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support programmatic expertise in engaging agencies administering public benefits, particularly Summer EBT and SNAP
• Gather and share learnings from the field to identify best practices for expanding access to Summer EBT and SNAP
• Provide strategic guidance and technical assistance to state campaigns focused on expanding access to benefits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent lived experience and professional work experience
• 5-8 years of work experience focused on Summer EBT or SNAP, with experience in federal nutrition programs a plus
• Experience providing training, technical assistance, or consulting services to nonprofit organizations or state agencies
• Demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Interest in anti-hunger and anti-poverty issues
