Senior Manager, Benefits Operations

Job Summary

To support Zscaler's Americas benefits and leave functions, the Senior Manager, Benefits Operations will manage operational delivery of benefits programs, oversee compliance and employee experience, and leverage AI tools for efficiency in a hybrid or remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery of AMS benefits programs, including carrier and TPA management
• Serve as the primary operational interface to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve gaps
• Lead the full AMS LOA lifecycle in partnership with LOA vendors to ensure compliance and enhance employee experience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of benefits and LOA experience, with at least 3 years in a direct people management role
• Deep knowledge of US health and welfare benefits, LOA administration, and applicable regulatory frameworks
• Proven track record of operational improvement and building scalable benefits operations
• Strong systems fluency with experience managing TPA and carrier relationships
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows
