Senior Manager, Biobank

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Biobank.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior escalation authority for informed consent and biospecimen governance matters
• Establish and maintain the governance framework for informed consent templates related to biospecimen collection
• Lead and develop an operating model across internal staff and partners to drive operational performance

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) with 3 years of industry experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years in clinical trials and/or biospecimen management
• 7+ years of work experience in a clinical research setting
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and FDA guidelines for clinical trials
• Experience with informed consent regulations related to biospecimens
• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
