Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics will manage the development of a new business line from concept to revenue-generating product, conducting market research, building products, and leading go-to-market strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by learning product development processes and conducting customer research
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to launch, including product incubation and team hiring
• Analyze data to inform product decisions and iterate based on testing outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or a similar environment
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to interact effectively with executive stakeholders
