Job Summary

Driving analytical initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics will manage data insights and decision-making processes across key business units in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses address the right problems
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable insights
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive strategic outcomes

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous analytical challenges to successful business outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles
