Job Summary

Focused on driving data-driven decisions, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics will manage analytical functions across core business areas, including growth marketing and product development, in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and metrics to guide analyses and decision-making
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable insights
• Collaborate with product, growth, and operations teams to drive outcomes based on data insights

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth tech company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of solving ambiguous analytical problems and influencing business outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
