Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing business, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics will drive analytical functions within core business areas, define metrics, and provide actionable insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define business problems and inform decision-making through data insights and analyses
• Build reports, run experiments, and surface data insights to influence key metrics
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive outcomes and recommendations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
