Job Summary

Driving analytical insights and strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics will be embedded in core business areas such as growth, product, and AI, while working remotely to define problems, analyze data, and influence decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses align with strategic goals
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights that impact key metrics
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to drive outcomes with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence decisions at the leadership level
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
