Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics will drive analytical insights and decision-making within core business areas such as growth, product, AI, and strategic partnerships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define business problems and inform decision-making through data analysis and insights
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to track key metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and implement recommendations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
