Job Summary

To support a growing business, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics will drive analytical functions within core business areas, focusing on defining problems, generating data insights, and influencing strategic decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses align with strategic goals
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights that impact key metrics
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of owning and delivering on ambiguous problems
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
