Senior Manager, BizOps & Strategy

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Strategy will manage the development of new business lines from concept to revenue-generating products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and product development in collaboration with existing product teams
• Lead the incubation and launch of new business lines, including market analysis and product iteration
• Build and manage a team to scale the new business after successful product launch

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous projects and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams simultaneously
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders effectively
