Senior Manager, BizOps & Strategy

Job Summary

To support the launch of new product verticals, the full-time remote Senior Manager, BizOps & Strategy will manage the development of a new business line from concept to revenue-generating product, including market analysis, product building, and team scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by collaborating with product teams to learn product development processes, customer research, and iterative decision-making
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to launch, overseeing incubation, product testing, and iteration
• Interface with executive stakeholders to communicate progress and insights while managing multiple complex work streams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similar fields
• Proven ability to independently tackle ambiguous problems and deliver results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders on a regular basis
