Senior Manager, BizOps & Strategy

Job Summary

To support the launch of new business lines, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Strategy will manage product development from concept to revenue generation, focusing on market research, product iteration, and team building in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and product development alongside existing teams during the initial phase
• Lead the incubation of a new business line, including product testing, iteration, and market launch
• Build and manage a team to scale the new product after successful market entry

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or equivalent roles
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous projects and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams effectively
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders regularly
