Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Support - Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full brand onboarding lifecycle from post-sale through go-live, managing a mixed Shopify and non-Shopify queue
  • Monitor onboarding health at the queue level, tracking timelines and resolving systemic blockers
  • Lead large, cross-functional initiatives to improve go-live rates and partner with Product and Engineering on platform improvements


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in client onboarding, client success, or a related implementation role
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce and/or affiliate marketing, with familiarity in Shopify preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously
  • Strong data fluency and experience identifying systemic issues and driving durable fixes
